Postage and Packing charges
Value of order up to £9.99: Free
Value of order between £10.00 & £20.00: £3.50
Value of order between £20.01 & £30.00: £4.50
Value of order between £30.01 & £50.00: £5.50
Value of order over £50.01: £6.00
The postage will be added automatically when completing your payment in Paypal.
If you wish to order a large quantity of items, please call us on 0141 357 3946 before you place your order, so that we can give you a more accurate postage costs.
We are able to accept orders for Christmas cards and other merchandise online using a secure server. Please browse the links to fill your shopping basket and follow the on-screen instructions to make your card payment.
We are able to send invoices to companies or organisations ordering goods worth over £10. If you wish to receive an invoice please email your order to email@example.com
Individual consumers have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing the order, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Your payment will be returned once you have returned the goods to:

The Scottish Cot Death Trust can send you a refund if the products ordered are faulty or do not meet your expectations within 14 days of receipt. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0141 357 3946 with details of your order and the problem occurred. Please also provide us with the email confirmation of your order which you would have received at the time of placing the order. The refund will be granted once the goods have been returned to us.
In the rare circumstances that you do not receive your order we will endeavour to send your order to you again. If the items you have ordered are out of stock we would issue a refund.
Payment through the website is via Paypal and we also accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit and Bank Transfer
