You Are Not Alone

It happened to us

Parents often report feeling very isolated and that they are the only one whose child has died suddenly and unexpectedly. They are unlikely to have relatives or friends to whom this has happened. Often other people saying “I understand” when they have never experienced this themselves can be hard to hear.  You might find it helpful to read about other parents’ experiences and realise that you aren’t alone. Sadly, there are many families who have experienced a similar loss to your own. Some of those parents have agreed to share their personal experiences.

If you would like to share your personal experience please contact us.
