6-week online course – Helping you cope with life’s challenges

Do stress and anxiety impact your day to day living?

Would you like to learn new strategies to cope with everyday challenges?

If the answer to both questions is yes, keep reading!

Everyone can feel overwhelmed at times. The current world we are all living in is stressful – some things are still uncertain as we emerge from the pandemic. Scottish Cot Death Trust provides counselling and support for your bereavement but what if you want something different or want to access the tools that counselling can offer but don’t feel that one to one counselling is right for you?

We have been looking at what gaps we have in the support we offer and what we else we can provide for the families we support. If you need something to help you cope with life’s challenges but don’t feel ready for counselling or feel you need to top up on practical ways to help you cope – we have just the thing.

An online 6- week course which you can be part of from the comfort of your own home.

This course will be delivered by Direction beginning on Monday 25th October. The course will consist of 6 x 90 minute online group sessions followed by a final check in session about a month after the course ends. Scottish Cot Death Trust will cover all costs so that all you need to do is take part with an open mind, ready to learn some new techniques – and maybe even reinforce some old techniques you know about but have stopped using.

Let us help you to find or regain some calmness.

Spaces are limited to just 15 for this course, so please do book early if you want to join.
